Local Orders:
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon confirming your order via a confirmation call by our customer care representative, your order will be confirmed and hence processed. Please note, credit card payment processing/confirmation can take up to 3 business days. Custom stitching orders can take up to 15-18 business days. A flat Rs.100 will be charged at local orders.

International Orders:
We provide free shipping on orders of $999 and above. International shipping rates are determined on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Once you place an order, it is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Once your order has been approved and authorized by credit card processors, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 7-8 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided (after payment is received). Custom stitching orders can take up to 15-18 business days. Custom duties (VAT) if levied by the buyer country is the responsibility of the buyer.
